Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Skid. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skid (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You’re responsible for safeguarding your account and activity on it.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

3.1 Cancellations & Downgrades

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades also apply at period end and feature limits change accordingly.

3.2 Refunds

Unless required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you face a billing issue, contact support and we’ll try to help.

4. Fair Use

Do not abuse rate limits, bypass technical restrictions, scrape internal endpoints, or interfere with the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal activities or infringement of others’ rights.
  • Reverse engineering or security testing without permission.
  • Reselling or sharing access outside your organization without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and content are owned by Skid or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
